Tri Clamp (Tri Clover) Unions comprise two tri-clamp ferrules, which are compressed together using our hygienic clamps and gaskets to create a tight, smooth joint. All tri-clamp ferrules are forged, with a standard OD/ID finish of <0.8Ra. Forged construction delivers enhanced strength, superior weldability, and better surface finish.
Tri clamps and tri-clover ferrules are available in lengths of 12.7mm, 21.5mm, 28.6mm, 38.1mm, and 50.8mm, compatible with OD tubes, Sch5, Sch10, Sch40 pipes, as well as DIN 11851, ISO, and metric tubes.
